1. Scope and Acceptance
Welcome to mxipos.vn (the “Website”). This website introduces and provides MxiPOS products and services to the Vietnam market under the name MxiPOS Vietnam. The website is operated by CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ MXIPOS (VIỆT NAM) (MXIPOS TECHNOLOGY (VIETNAM) CO., LTD), Enterprise/Tax Code 0319754629. In these Terms, “MxiPOS Vietnam”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer, in context, to the company that operates the Website. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit the Website, submit an enquiry, create an account, purchase a software licence, or use related services provided through the Website. By continuing, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and have authority to act for yourself or your organisation. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website and related services.
2. Description of Service
MxiPOS provides intelligent POS Software as a Service (SaaS) products that enable users to manage checkout, inventory, members, and other business functions for retail, F&B, and other commercial scenarios. This Service is a digital intangible product. Service access is activated instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as detailed in Section 6.
3. Account Registration
Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Contact [email protected] immediately if unauthorized use is discovered. Do not share login credentials with any third party.
4. Billing & Payment
Each purchase is a one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes us to charge your payment method the amount displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices exclude applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will be collected at checkout if required by law.
5. License Validity
Purchased licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will send a reminder notice before license expiration. If an account is terminated, unused licenses will be retained for 30 days after termination. After this period, unused licenses will expire and will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.
6. Refund Policy
Used licenses are non-refundable in principle. Exceptions: (1) Unused license within 7 days of purchase — full refund available; (2) Duplicate charges — full refund for billing errors; (3) Statutory rights (EU/UK/Australia) — 14-day right of withdrawal for first-time purchases, voided upon first use. For refund requests, email [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID.
7. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
8. Content & Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, business data you generate while using the Service belongs to you. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your data for other purposes without your explicit consent.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You may only use the Service for lawful business purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to process illegal transactions or fraudulent content, infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, bypass or interfere with the Service's security features, resell or sub-license access without prior written approval, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim event.
12. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
